Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

By using SandyWP you agree to these terms. SandyWP is currently in beta, and the service may change as we improve it. These terms cover the SandyWP website, app, and the SandyWP for Slack app.

The service

SandyWP provisions temporary, disposable WordPress sandboxes. Sandboxes are intended for testing, demos, and experimentation. They are not intended for production sites or storing important data, and they are deleted automatically when they expire.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal content, malware, phishing, or attempts to attack or overload the platform or others.
  • No crypto mining, spam relays, or using sandboxes as general-purpose hosting or proxies.
  • No attempts to bypass plan limits, abuse rate limits, or interfere with other users' sandboxes.

We may suspend or remove sandboxes and accounts that violate these rules.

SandyWP for Slack

The SandyWP for Slack app lets you deploy to your sandboxes by mentioning the bot. By installing it you confirm you are authorized to add apps to your Slack workspace, and you agree that:

  • Deploys run as the linked SandyWP account and count against that account's plan limits.
  • You are responsible for the plugins, code, and repositories you deploy through the bot.
  • The app's use and transfer of information received from Slack APIs follows Slack's API Terms of Service, and its handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You can remove the integration at any time by uninstalling the app from your workspace or by unlinking your account with @SandyWP logout.

Plans & billing

A free tier is available. Paid plans unlock higher limits and are billed through our payment provider. Plan limits (such as the number of active sandboxes) are described on the pricing section. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, durability of sandbox data, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SandyWP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data stored in disposable sandboxes.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
